Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, lunch break 13:00–14:00. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays under the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Portal Availability
The portal operates around the clock except for scheduled maintenance. Applications submitted after working hours, at weekends or on public holidays are accepted and processed on the next working day.
Required Documents and Information
- 1. When applying in person: an identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service for identification.
- 2. When applying via the web portal: an electronic request.

Documents Required for Training
To enrol, you will need copies of the following documents:
- 1. Identity document.
- 2. Diploma.
- 3. Certificate of internship, residency or retraining, if any.
- 4. Specialist certificate.
- 5. Marriage certificate, if your surname has changed.

Training Procedure
Six consecutive steps in handling a learner's request — from application to the issue of a completion document.
Request
Submit a training request on the website, by phone or by email.
Assessment
A manager clarifies your needs, checks course availability and advises on educational services.
Organisation
If the course is available, training is arranged. If not, qualified teachers are sought to develop the course.
Delivery
A contract for educational services is signed. The learner receives study materials and the teacher's contact details.
Update
The course database is continuously updated and expanded.
Training
On completion you receive a training completion document.
