On 29 October 2019, as part of the plan to prevent drug addiction among young people, Republican Medical Academy LLP held a seminar on “Problems of Drug and Psychoactive Substance Use”. It was led by Yevgeniya Yakovyshena of the Birlik private foundation, who explained how harmful drug use is to health. Videos on desomorphine and spice were shown: these drugs are highly addictive, and their use can lead to acute poisoning and even death.
