Admission Rules

1. General Provisions

The college admits:

• citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• foreign citizens and stateless persons;
• applicants with basic secondary, general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary or higher education.

For applicants with special educational needs, the recommendations of the medical and social assessment are taken into account. Certain categories are eligible for benefits.

3. How to Apply

• in person at the college Admissions Office;
• via the eGov.kz portal.

Applicants under 18 must apply together with a legal representative.

4. Required Documents

• application form;
• original education certificate;
• four 3×4 cm photos;
• medical certificate, form No. 075-U;
• certificate 031-U (for applicants with disabilities);
• identity document;
• documents confirming eligibility for benefits (if any);
• documents confirming foreign or kandas status (if applicable);
• copy of vaccination record 063.

5. Entrance Assessment

• applicants to medical specialties take a psychometric test;
• applicants with vocational or higher education may write an essay;
• the competition takes place on 26–28 August; results are published on 29 August.

6. Competition and Enrolment

• the average competition score is calculated from the subjects listed in the school certificate or diploma;
• if scores are equal, grades in the education document and quota eligibility are taken into account;
• enrolment is confirmed by order of the college director based on the competition results by 31 August;
• results are posted on the college notice boards and website.

8. Additional Provisions

• in the event of quarantine or an emergency, admission is carried out remotely using ICT;
• the admissions committee is formed no later than 10 June and the examination committee by 20 June.
