On 27 March 2025, as part of the Year of Working Professions, the Methodological Centre of Astana and the Astana Zhastary youth resource centre held a city event, “My Profession Is My Pride”, in the Saryarka District of Astana.
Two graduates were invited from each Astana college: Lazzat Urazbayeva and Bibizhamal Zhanat (Danalyk Higher Medical College named after Z. G. Murzagulova), Ibragim Aruzhan and Muinanova Aiken (Tomiris Medical College), and Zhaksylyk Aktilek (RMA LLP). L. Urazbayeva and B. Zhanat spoke on “A Nurse’s Path: From College to International Experience”.
The aim was to show students that they can deepen their love for their profession, keep developing and achieve a great deal after graduating from college.
On 12 February, to mark the Year of Working Professions, a conversation was held with RMA graduates Iztileuova Zhansaya Serikkyzy and Tadzhbayeva Sagynysh Gelimkhankyzy, staff members of the Baikonur ambulance substation in Astana.
Medicine is one of the professions that never dies out but keeps developing. A country with advanced medicine has a bright future: when medicine develops, the nation’s health improves, and so does society.
