Republican Medical Academy LLP provides public services for issuing duplicate education documents, accepting applications and enrolling students.

Public services at Republican Medical Academy LLP are provided on a “one-stop shop” basis.

The one-stop-shop principle is a form of centralised public service delivery that keeps the applicant’s involvement in collecting and preparing documents to a minimum and limits direct contact with service providers (Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 88-V of 15 April 2013 “On Public Services”, Chapter 1, Article 1, subparagraph 2).

The requirements and procedure for providing public services are set out in the service standards and regulations. Public services are provided free of charge.

Codes and names in the public services register: 801015 — Granting academic leave to students of educational organisations; 803019 — Accepting documents for attestation of teachers and equivalent staff of preschool, primary, secondary, technical, vocational and post-secondary educational organisations for awarding (confirming) qualification categories; 803007 — Issuing duplicate technical and vocational education documents; 803018 — Transfer and reinstatement of students in technical, vocational and post-secondary educational organisations; 803009 — Accepting documents to technical, vocational and post-secondary educational organisations; 803017 — Issuing certificates to persons who have not completed technical, vocational or post-secondary education.
