Success at a Debate Tournament

Students of the Republican Medical Academy are making their mark in many areas. At Astana’s first inter-college tournament organised by the IDC debate centre, they won a prize. Twenty-eight teams competed in the two-day ShowCup tournament, and the best eight reached the semi-finals. Our college’s Zhalyn team — Ayanzhol Aidyngul and Orazkhan Beibarys — took second place and qualified for the national Tungysh Cup tournament in Astana on 17–18 December, which brings together 32 teams from across the country. Good luck to our students representing the college and Astana!
